Stuart Weber is a fourth generation Montana native who performs the classics with virtuosity while his original pieces interpret the natural environment with melodic inspiration and sensitivity. Although his history with the guitar began at age eleven, he had no formal training until his apprenticeship with the legendary Christopher Parkening at age 26. Weber quickly developed classical sensibilities and techniques that would help define his guitar playing. |

This week it’s Storytellers. From Red Lodge to Kalispell, there are a lot of Montana musicians who are telling stories in song. There are a number of songs that I’ve been wanting to play for a while, but either didn’t fit conveniently into a theme, or seemed just too long to allow for as many songs as possible. Most of these songs fall into the storytelling ballad category. Well, this week, we’re going to listen to several of them. |

Its winter and nighttime is quiet in the absence of insect songs to lull us to sleep. Also on the show, we present our eighth and final installment of this years water series.
